During these difficult and challenging times taking a moment for a mindful pause can support wellbeing and help to maintain positive relationships. I have developed a series of short mindfulness practices that offer a chance to take a mindful minute to help build in regular mindful pauses even when you don’t have a lot of time. You are welcome to use these resources for free.
Mindfulness is a well-established, safe and well-researched wellness practice with many recognised benefits. If you are new to mindfulness and are affected by asthma, epilepsy or serious mental health difficulties, please check with your healthcare provider before undertaking a new mindfulness practice.
