Ever wanted to live more in the moment, take a step back from your busy mind and the frantic pace of modern life? Do you want to be able to act mindfully rather than react? Mindfulness is a recognised technique, now widely used in healthcare and therapy settings including the NHS. A wealth of research now details the many benefits of mindfulness from improving concentration, wellbeing and sleep to combating stress and helping with depression. Developing mindful awareness can help you to meet life’s challenges and find ways to increase enjoyment and appreciation in everyday life.

I teach mindfulness techniques to individuals or groups based on the Mindfulness Now programme. My courses integrate recognised techniques for mindful stress reduction with methods that teach you ways to think and respond differently using mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I have taught mindfulness to staff and students in higher education, NHS staff and social services.

I offer individual or group classes for private clients, along with bespoke mindfulness training in the workplace. I am listed on the register of mindfulness teachers which means I am suitably qualified and follow a code of practice.
